Please send us your order # and your reason for returning to customerservice@personacosmetics.com and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. Please note we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
